TCRWP staff developers work in any given school for 10-30 days across the year. Teachers and staff developers co-author literacy curriculum (also known as units of study). In addition to school-based staff development, teachers, literacy coaches, and administrators attend conference days, and participate in leadership and specialty courses on a variety of literacy related topics designed to support assessment based instruction in classrooms.
Become a Project School
There are two ways a school can join the TCRWP. Schools within NYC or the surrounding suburbs can apply to join the Local Project; schools outside NYC can apply to join the National Affiliate Network.
